Accountant
Position description in English
General description:
- You will be doing daily bookkeeping of the company.
- You will be executing the daily operations in the accounting dept. with tasks such as order booking, expense booking, cash management etc.
- You will be preparing monthly financial situation of company to send to the external accountant.
- You will be responsible for the calculation of COGS & PPH.
- Your knowledge and use of MYOB is perfect.
- You have experience in manufacturing accounting.
Hierarchy:
- You will be working directly for the owner-director of the company.
Candidate:

- Min. 3 years experience in likewise position
- Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting

Skills:
- Perfect knowledge and use of MYOB
- Financial reporting (balance sheet, profit/loss, cash flow)
- Calculate tax report (SSP, SPT) including payment and reporting
- Being able to use a computer
- Have the appropriate computer skills for common software like Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Cashbox management/supervision
- Understand and being able to implement inventory control
Knowledge:
- understand, speak and write English
- understand and preferably have experience with setup of companies such as NPWP, UPL, UKL, HO, ETPIK and reporting for PMA’s
- understanding of import and export process and terminology

Penjelasan Umum:
- Anda akan bertanggung jawab atas pembukuan dan akuntansi perusahaan.
- Anda akan menjalankan kegiatan harian dalam departemen accounting dengan tugas-tugas seperti mencatat pemesanan, mencatat pengeluaran, manajamen kas, dll.
- Anda akan mempersiapkan dan mempresentasikan situasi keuangan bulanan perusahaan.
- Anda akan bertanggung jawab atas penghitungan COGS & PPH.
- Pengetahuan dan penggunaan MYOB Anda sempurna.
- Anda berpengalaman dalam akuntansi manufaktur.

- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer
- Memiliki ketrampilan komputer yang sesuai untuk software umum seperti Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, dll.)
- Pengawasan/manajemen kas
- Mengerti dan mampu mengimplementasikan inventory control
Pengetahuan:
- Mampu memahami, berbicara dan menulis bahasa Inggris.
- Mengerti dan lebih disukai jika memiliki pengalaman dengan pendirian perusahaan seperti NPWP, UPL, UKL, HO, ETPIK dan laporan-laporan untuk PMA.
- Memahami proses dan istilah-istilah ekspor-impor.
